Delete your AquaCart account

Request deletion of your account and personal data. You can also do this in the app under Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.

What happens when you delete

  • • Your active subscriptions are cancelled.
  • • Your profile, saved addresses and personal data are removed.
  • • Order & payment records are kept in anonymised form for the period the law requires (tax/accounting), then permanently deleted.
  • • You have 15 days to change your mind — just log back into the app to restore your account.

We send a one-time code on WhatsApp to verify it's you.
